A Left-Handed Golf Mom Who Found Her People — and Her Game.

I’m in my third year of golfing seriously, and I’ll admit — I’m a bit of a unicorn out there. Left-handed female golfers are a rare breed, and I’ve spent a lot of time hunting for gear, tips, and community that actually fits my game.

My background is a little unexpected. I was the manager of the women’s golf team at the University of Tennessee in graduate school — so I’ve been around the game my whole life. My parents have always played, my husband loves it. But me actually falling in love with golf? That happened much later, and it happened because I started playing with other women at a similar handicap to mine.

That changed everything. Suddenly golf wasn’t intimidating — it was fun. I’m based in Maine but chase warm weather in Florida every winter, squeezing in as many rounds as I can alongside my amazing 9-year-old daughter. My current handicap is somewhere in the 30s, and I have every intention of breaking into the 20s this summer.

Why This Site Exists

This is where I share what’s worked for me and what hasn’t. I have a few non-negotiables (skirts with pockets, always), some loyal favorites like my Callaway Warbird balls, and genuine curiosity about testing new things and reporting back honestly. It’s the resource I wished existed when I was starting out.

More than my own recommendations, I want this to be a place where moms who golf can find each other. If you’ve discovered something that works for your game, your wardrobe, or your schedule — I genuinely want to hear about it.
